How can public and private schools use NRT Virtual STEM programs to enhance student learning and engagement?
NRT's virtual STEM programs are designed for students when they are in classrooms for an interactive virtual 'field trip' that is coordinated to in-school teaching, or for when students are learning remotely. Programming can also be scheduled before or after school hours to provide robust science enrichment opportunities for families and their children when they are outside of the school building. Programs and presentation schedules are customized to meet the needs of individual schools, ensuring all students have access to meaningful science education experiences, even when they are learning through their computer.

NRT's virtual programs run 60 minutes and can be delivered through Zoom or Google Meet. How are virtual classes scheduled?
NRT's education coordinator can work with schools to schedule series of programs with different topics, times, and/or grade levels throughout the school year. Schools may also schedule single class sessions if interested. In order for more students have access to equitable learning experiences, virtual classes are generally limited to a maximum of 30 students at one time.
