Thank you to all of the staff, volunteers, vendors, and visitors who came to the Harvest Fair and made it a great event in 2022! We look forward to the 50th anniversary fair on October 1, 2023!

Thank you to all of the staff, volunteers, vendors, and visitors who came to the Harvest Fair and made it a great event in 2022! We look forward to the 50th anniversary fair on October 1, 2023!
Admission Rates 2022:
Adults and children (*age 5 and up) ------ $5/person
Children under age 5 ------ Free!
All admission, food, and many vendors are cash only.
The closest ATMs are available at the North Easton Saving Bank on Main Street or the
Bank of Easton on Washington Street before entering the fair. ATMs are not on site at the fair.
For everyone's safety no pets are allowed on the grounds the day of the fair. Service animals who are trained to provide specific tasks for their handlers are always welcome.

Volunteers, sponsors, and staff are essential in making the fair possible.
Because there are many visitors who come to enjoy the event, fair guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks to protect themselves and others if they have increased risk of illness. Due to crowds in certain areas of the fair social distancing can be difficult. To protect all visitors, please do not attend if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms.

Please note: Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted on the fair grounds or at Sheep Pasture on the day of the event. Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers are welcome on site. The Sheep Pasture property is privately owned and managed by the NRT of Easton. The NRT reserves the right to remove or refuse access to the property to any group or individual at any time without cause. Political campaigning for any local, state, or federal candidate of any party or any political concern or referendum is not permitted on Sheep Pasture property, including at the Harvest Fair. Sales, fundraising, leafletting, advertising, or any unapproved solicitation on the grounds is forbidden. Any unapproved organizations' representatives or individuals will be removed from the property immediately.
Parking and Entrance Gates:
Limited free parking is available for fair visitors. Please enter at the NRT Community Gardens, on route 138, across from the Moreau Hall Elementary School. Handicapped parking area is available with a placard or plate; please enter at same main parking entrance. The NRT encourages families and friends to carpool if possible due to limited parking availability. Bicycle racks will also be available at the gates for those individuals who choose to come on bicycles, or other personal transportation. Bicycles, skateboards, or other non-medical transport are not allowed into the fair grounds and can be left at the entrance bike racks.
For your convenience, fair entrance gates are located at the parking area, at 307 Main Street (main entrance to Sheep Pasture), and at 261 Main Street (secondary entrance to Sheep Pasture).
Please do not park in private lots that are not marked for fair parking.

Crafter, VENDOR, Non-Profit, and Business EVENT Information
Applications for 2023 crafters, vendors, and sponsors will begin being listed in spring-summer 2023.
Crafters:
All vendors are required to receive approval from NRT before selling craft items at the fair. Applications are not mailed to individual crafters for the event. Information for the 2023 event will be posted in the spring-summer months. Please check back for the downloadable application at that time.
Business partners/ sponsorships: For-profit businesses who would like to participate in the Harvest Fair or support this fundraiser through donations should download and view the sponsorships information. The form for the 2023 fair will be posted in summer 2023, so check back for more information. The file will provide information on various sponsorship levels available and the benefits of each.

Non-profit organizations:
The NRT Harvest Fair supports the local community by encouraging other local non-profit groups to share information with our fair guests. An application is required for all non-profit organizations, and details for participation are listed on the application forms. Please read through the requirements to determine if your group or organization qualifies. New applications for the 2022 fair have been closed. Applications for the 2023 event will be open in late summer 2023. If you have any questions please email info@nrtofeaston.org for assistance. If you are a for-profit organization interested in participating in the Harvest Fair, sponsorship opportunities are available in 2023. Please check back in summer 2023 for information. Food vendors:
A limited number of food vendors may be approved for the 2023 Harvest and Craft Fair for specific food items. Please check back in spring-summer 2023 for next year's event information. |
Solicitation of Harvest Fair guests, unapproved business advertising, or leafleting of cars by other businesses, political parties, organizations or individuals are not permitted on NRT property at any time. Local, state, or federal political campaigning of any kind is not allowed by candidates of any party at NRT events, programs, or grounds.
