YOUR DONATION MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Giving to NRT

As a non-profit organization, the NRT relies on the generosity of donors and members to continue all of its work for the community. As we continue our work in 2021, the support of the community has become vitally important to NRT's continued operations, as the impacts of the current public health emergency continue impact fundraising, programs, and more.
The Board of Directors, NRT staff, and volunteers are all working hard to make sure that NRT and Sheep Pasture continue to be available for the community throughout these troubled times and beyond..
Please join in supporting NRT and its work for the environment and the community today.

Honorary and Memorial Gifts
A gift to NRT is a wonderful way to honor a friend, or a couple's wedding day. It can also be a meaningful way to mark the passing of a friend or family.

Business & Corporate Support
A business relationship with NRT offers your company a variety of benefits while acknowledging the critical support you provide.

Gifts of Land and Conservation Restrictions
A gift of land can serve as a personal legacy, and conservation restrictions of various kinds offer additional ways to protect your land, while providing significant tax benefits.

Life Insurance
Give a policy to the NRT and receive a tax deduction based on your age and the cash value of the policy.

Bequests
Leave a share of your estate outright in your Will or Living Trust. It will pass to NRT free of estate tax.

Charitable Remainder Trust
Create an irrevocable trust that allows you and your spouse to receive income for the rest of your lives. You will also receive a tax deduction based on your age. The Trust pays income at an attractive rate.

Gift Annuity
Purchase an annuity for a charity, with a portion being a tax-deductible gift to the charity. It pays income at an attractive rate, part of which is taxable.

Leave a Legacy
Provide for the future by making the NRT part of your Estate Plan.
The contributions help address the long range needs of NRT and secure our future for years to come.

Please contact the NRT office for further information on any of the above donation programs!
