Join NRT teacher/naturalists for a chance to enjoy a great nature walk, games, crafts, and more! Evening activities are appropriate for all age levels, from young adventurers to adults. Individuals and families welcome!
Free NRT members/$5for a family of four non-members
Please come dressed for the weather as parts of the evening may take place outside. One flashlight per family requested.

Once Upon a Time: Drop In Story and Craft Days for Preschoolers
Thursdays: February 2, 9, 16 (no class 2/23)
10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Enjoy a nature-themed story and creative preschool craft each day! Children will enter the magical world of wild animals, go on adventures with characters from their favorite stories, and make unique crafts to share with their families. This program is sure to keep your young explorer excited about nature! Sessions are drop-ins, so come to one or come to all - it's up to you!
$5 per class NRT members/$8 non-members
Nature's Craft Spectacular for Preschoolers

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. each day
A special 3-day workshop just for preschoolers to have fun with special crafts made from nature! Children will use natural and recycled materials to create great works of art to take home!
$25 for all 3 days NRT members/$35 non-members

Detectives: 6-8 years old
Sleuths: 9-11 years old
Become an animal detective and join the NRT Naturalists for three days of exploration! During the week we will investigate animal tracks, homes and diets. Chase clues all over Sheep Pasture to solve a mystery! Build your own animal habitat to take home! Warm up on the last day with hot-dogs, s'mores, songs and games by the campfire!

All About Seasons Preschool Program

The changing of the seasons is one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of nature. Come discover what makes each season special here at Sheep Pasture! You and your child will learn about animal behavior and weather associated with each season through activities, crafts, and stories!
