Sheep Pasture After Dark: Vernal Equinox Hike

Celebrate the arrival of spring at Sheep Pasture with a guided Vernal Equinox hike! Join NRT Educators Hannah and Nathan as we explore forests, fields, and wetlands, searching for signs of the changing season. From budding leaves and blooming flowers, to singing birds and wood frogs in our vernal pool. Along the way, we’ll learn what makes the equinox such a special day of the year.

This slow-paced, 90-minute hike is part of our Sheep Pasture After Dark series, offering a unique chance to experience the property after hours. Programs are fully outdoors, rain or shine, and suitable for all ages unless noted. Please bring a flashlight, sturdy walking shoes, water, and dress for the weather.
Programs meet at the Carriage House (307R Main Street, North Easton), located across from the chicken coops. In the event of severe weather, updates will be posted.
